Sorry no post last night, but I came home from work, got roped into seeing the new Superman Movie with my son and came up with a Migraine. I think it was a combination of a stressful day at the Fed, no food and then too much light and music at the movies. Anyway I came home and went to bed which is the only thing that works for me when this happens, which is pretty rare. We got lunch at the Fed, and I was very proud that I only ate a salad and some steamed asparagus for lunch with just a pinch of oil and vinagar dressing.

Woke up this morning feeling fine, (headache gone ) like most eating days. My weight seems stuck and with the studying, I haven't had much time for exercise. I had a typical busy day at work, with two meetings. I did get a brisk 30 minute walk in this afternoon. Breakfast was two sausage bisquits, Lunch was a hamburger, fruit and ovenfries. Supper was leftover chili, rice and an apple for desert. Came home and did some studying, cooked super and messed around on the computer.

Tommorow is booked pretty solid, because I am off starting Friday for a week studying for my big exam, which is a two day exam, that starts a week from this Friday. Hopefully after next week, there will be no further references to studying in my posts.

I am serious about getting down below 200, although I may put the big push on this off until after the exam. I may start doing lighter suppers and trying for at least 45 minutes of exercise a day.

Glad to see that Jason is hanging in there; I know it tough "going back to work" after vacation, and we all know that keeping an eye on what you eat is like a second job.

(So you could say you got fed at the Fed. Though not very much it sounds like.)
It totally is like a second job, keeping an eye on what you eat.
My big task now is trying to get back to eating healthy like I was in the beginning part of the year instead of all this fast food crap I've been eating lately. I'm really mad at myself today about that. Tomorrow I'm going shopping and am going to stock up on fruits and vegetables.
(What did you think of the new Superman movie? If it didn't give you a migraine, would you recommend it? ;)

I understand Jason. My son came back from his Grandmother and asked to go to the store to buy fresh fruit and vegies(!) I guess his Grandmother had been force feeding him like on of those geese raised for foix gras. So we are pretty well represented in that Department for now, but I need to do a better job incorporating these on eating and to some extent on non-eating days as well.

Actually I just wandered upstair and grabbed an apple out of the fridge. It's the only thing I had had to eat today and boy it tastes pretty darn good. Also I have been hitting the green tea pretty good as well.
