Well things are pretty much back to normal. I have been trying to eat salad on my no eat days, to improve my nutrition. I think I am going to weigh in tomorrow more, just to see what the damage is. Had a relatively slow day a work today, although even on a slow day I probably handle more than fifty e-mails and a dozen phone calls. And the boss was telecommuting today, so I was in charge of the office. Still overall things have been fairly quiet. I have several meetings scheduled next week and then the following week I am headed to Laguna Beach, California for a supervisors conference. I was there about ten years ago but haven't been back since. I have been fortunate to have visited Southern CA several times, including San Diego a couple of times, Anaheim, Los Angles, Newport Beach, Santa Barbara, and Laguna Beach. I have also been to Northern CA a couple of times. While I love to visit, and always have a great time, I prefer the Southern States, due to the lower population densitity, which I always find disturbing when I visit in CA.
