Sorry about not posting, but I had the medical procedure I mentioned a couple of weeks ago, and even though I was a little worried about it, it turned out to be a non-event. Really guys if you are 50, like me, you should have this done. The only bad part is this foul liquid that you have to swill the day before the proceedure in order to clean you out. So anyway I had been a little worried and preoccupied about this, this week. I did have an absolutely no-cheating fast day yesterday and I am shooting for another one tomorrow.

The doctor said that I couldn't go to the gym, but I plan on getting some walking in over the weekend; I don't think that should be a problem

I am taking my son to the Airport on Sunday Morning for a Class Trip to Maine. They are going up to the coast of Maine to do a zoological field trip, which is a tradition for the Senior Class at his high school. He goes to a Waldorf High School here in Atlanta, which has a very creative curiculum, including stuff like this as well as a lot of involvement in the arts. So he will be gone for a week, so the house will be quiet.
